You may choose as many items from each of the four menu categories as you like. A minimum order of $100 is required. Chef Douglas will reply with a conformation of the appointment and payment information. Please indicate if you prefer to pay by credit card, debit card or check. Appointments are subject to the cabin owner or rental company providing Chef Douglas with access to the cabin on the day of your arrival. Please notify the cabin owner or rental company of the appointment and let them know that Chef Douglas will be in contact with them to arrange access to the cabin. If access to the cabin cannot be made available on the day of your arrival, Chef Douglas will contact you to arrange another time during your stay when it would be convenient for him to come and prepare your meals. METHOD OF PAYMENT Secure payment through PayPal for credit and debit cards is accepted. Or you may mail a check to Chef Douglas prior to your arrival.
